How do I qualify to buy at wholesale?

You must operate a legitimate business. If we can not verify in your registration that you have a legitimate business, we will request a copy of a valid state resale certificate.

How can I buy if I am not a reseller?

Go to our retail website www.displayfakefoods.com.

How long will it take to ship out my order?

We normally ship within 10 business days or less from receipt of order. There are times when your shipment may go out within 1 week. A $10.00 rush handling fee will be imposed on orders requested for Rush Shipping.

Does shipping time include weekends?

Shipping estimates do not include weekends.

Can you ship to my P.O. Box, APO, FPO, and etc address?

No. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

Can I ship International, AK, HI, PR, and etc address?

We can ship international and to domestic freight forwarders.

What forms of payment do your accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards.

How can I check stock on an item?

We do not monitor inventory over the site. Call 786-334-6474, fax 786-953-4488 or email sales@humphreysfarm.com and we will provide you with immediate stock information.

What is the average ETA for most backorders?

Back orders may take a couple of weeks or up to 5 months depending on the items. For a more accurate ETA please call 786-334-6474 & speak to a customer service representative.

Do you substitute items?

We will never substitute any item without your consent. If you would like recommended substitutions, please call 786-334-6474 & speak to a customer service representative.

Can I add or delete items once I have placed an order?

If an item was added or needs to be removed from an order please call 786-334-6474. A representative will attempt to accommodate this action but orders are processed very rapidly & are not always able to be changed before shipping.

I need to cancel my order. What should I do?

Call 786-955-6584 & a customer service representative will research your order. In an attempt to ship orders a soon a possible it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed.

How much are freight charges?

Most shipments are F.O.B. Miami Florida. We ship by FED EX Ground and Faster Fed Ex Services upon request. We will also ship via common carrier if your order is large enough to get a better freight rate.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to make a claim. After 30 days no returns will be accepted. You must obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) first before returning any merchandise. Returned items must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is exactly in the same condition as you received it. See Terms and Conditions for more information.

I'm looking for an item not listed on your web site, what can I do?

Our website will have the most up-to-date information on our available product and prices. If you do not see an item shown it has most likely been discontinued and is no longer available.

Once you have gained access to the website, there is a link where you can open up and or download our printable PDF catalog. The catalog is priced at wholesale as we sell only to the trade.
